a type of food popular in a part of northeast England, consisting of a piece of meat, usually chicken, that has been covered in breadcrumbs and fried. It is then covered in béchamel(= a type of white sauce made with butter, flour, and milk) and a layer of cheese, and put under a grill so that the cheese melts: （常见于英格兰东北部的）帕尔莫奶酪炸肉排（通常是鸡肉）
