These words are used to describe wanting to give your attention to something and learn more about it.

If you are interested in something, you want to give your attention to it and discover more about it.

If someone is very interested in something, you can use the adjective fascinated.

If you are spellbound, you are so interested in something that you have given it all of your attention and cannot think of anything else.

If you are absorbed in something, or engrossed in or with something, especially a book, you are very interested in it and giving it your full attention. Informally you can say that you are wrapped up in someone or something. All three of these phrases imply that you are ignoring everything and everyone else.
